Estevao Soares dos Santos db97a90d5b feat(ghCompatibleHeaderId): generate header ids compatible with github 
style

Github replaces spaces with dashes and removes a bunch of characters
from generated header ids ][&~$!@#*()=:/,;?+'.\
This feature implements this.
