d5eed95647 Jsonnet: More test improvements 
- Integrate `JsonnetTestHelper` into `JsonnetTest` class, remov multiple
  inheritance
- Do not copy strings where it can be avoided
- Add missing includes to header files

- Move and rename headers to main dir
