Robin Linden	657d185de5	chore: Support producing shared libraries on Windows ... The FLAT_OUTPUT_STRUCTURE CMake option was added to allow the tests to find the .dlls. The global data symbols were converted to functions to allow WINDOWS_EXPORT_ALL_SYMBOLS handle them.
