iphydf	f2b6090eca	Generate only one large library "libtoxcore". ... This library contains all the code for the old libtoxcore, libtoxav, libtoxdns, and libtoxencryptsave. Having two names for the same operation is confusing. `random_nonce` better expresses the intent.
