Adds l3 + l4 nav menus, with more intuitive scrolling to make wandering the
additional nav menu items much easier. Resolves#25. Resolves#76.

* Nav interaction was changed to be more intuitive:
* Nav is always sticky, doesn't scroll past end of content
* Nav scrolls up immediately on window scroll events
* Nav scrolls independently
* Adds TOC expand plus links to the left of nav elements with children, these
are added and update dynamically
* Links in nav don't automatically scroll nav
* Scrolling content will start scrolling nav again
* Adds URL fragment handling to link and show current anchor links
Reuses styling for wy-nav-vertical headers, which seem to be unused, with some
color changes to the header elements. Also fixes caption headerlink styling.
On a page of search results, the "Edit on GitHub/Bitbucket" link tries
to send the reader to a file "search.rst" or "search.txt" in the
repository. Since the search results only exist as a template, this is
a 404'd link.
This change to the template means that the "Edit on GitHub/Bitbucket"
link is not shown on search pages, getting rid of this broken link.
Currently only source code hosted on GitHub or BitBucket are supported
to be linked. This PR adds the ability to link to an arbitrary source
code host URL. To use it, html_show_sourcelink must be True, and
source_url_prefix must be assigned to be the URL prefix.
sol::object had a few reference leaks in the way it retrieved values: it now does it properly without leaving the stack at +1 item
sol::stack was drastically cleaned up, with the following key change:
* sol::stack::push now returns an integer of the number of things its pushed (usually 1, but can be more) (Thanks, @PrincessNyanara!)
* sol::stack::call now calls functions flexibly, and getting is done more reliably
* due to the innovation of stack::call and using absolute indices, we no longer have to use reverse_call style programming to deal with lua
* sol::reference::get_type is now const-correct
* sol::state and sol::table now have a cleaned up `get` implementation since it is no longer held back by the ugliness of VC++'s incapability to handle templates
* the name `sol::userdata` now belongs to a type that actually encapsualtes a void* with a pusher/getter than gets a userdata void* value (TODO: give it a template to make it static_cast to that type on get?)
* lightuserdata_t -> light_userdata, upvalue_t -> upvalue as type names (mostly details)
* pushers for various types were updated to return integers
