fix(simplifiedAutoLink): fix simplified autolink to match GFM behavior Using the simplifiedAutoLink option does not return the expected GFM behaviour when parsing links without a http prefix. Previously, `www.google.com` would be parsed into `<a href="www.google.com">www.google.com</a>`.
