Merge pull request #5729

jenli669 (7):
      refactor(profile): use const reference in createNew/loadProfile
      refactor(profile): use const name reference in Profile()
      refactor(settings): declare createPersonal const
      refactor(profile): extract loadProfile error logic
      refactor(profile): simplify Profile constructor
      refactor(Profile): clang-format affected files
      fix(profile): write .tox file immediately on creation
