The NVIDIA binary PC PhysX SDK is 100% Free for both commercial 
and non-commercial use on Windows PC (Win32/64, Desktop applications). 
For Linux, OSX and Android platforms the NVIDIA binary PhysX SDK 
and Tools are FREE for educational and non-commercial use. 
For commercial use, the binary SDK is FREE for developers who make 
less than $100K in gross revenue (see PhysX SDK EULA).

The PhysX SDK binary distros for Windows, Linux, OSX and Android, 
along with the PhysX Visual Debugger installer, are available for 
immediate download by anyone enrolled in the APEX/PhysX Registered 
Developer Program (RDP).
