+    我没遇到过这个事情。也没听说过请假一个星期就不批的，很多人请假都是一两周，这很正常。我只遇到过连续请假2个月不批的。

+    大促期间，确实需要很多人工作到很晚，或者早点去公司。就像阿里的双十一，这是一年中很重要的一天。我觉得，一般情况下，我工作生活平衡得还不错。
